Job Description:
Provide guidance and work closely with the social workers (CM/PSS) through mobile units to enhance the mental health of the beneficiaries under counselling and/or treatment, as well as those benefiting from psychosocial support by social workers
Provide individual counselling;
Refer cases to authorities that requires a transfer;
Protection monitoring (identified violations) documenting and referring situations of concerns to social workers for reporting;
Provide other activities as deem fit;
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Psychology
Two to Three years of experience
Ability to provide structured clinical assessments and clear action plan
Ability to recognize mental health priority conditions as per the mhGAP
Demonstrating a high level of cultural sensitivity, professionalism, politeness and objectivity when dealing with the beneficiaries under all circumstances.
