Provision of Venue/Conference Room for Trainings

1. Objective

Fair Trade Lebanon is looking for a Venue for capacity building trainings to be held in between North Lebanon and Akkar areas. FTL will organize AM and PM shifts in the same location.

1. Outcomes

Provide a venue that can accommodate up to 35 participants comfortably for 9 full days between January till March 2024.  

The exact dates will be confirmed later.

1. Requirements

• U shaped table setup and/or round tables depending on training.
• Chairs.
• Projector.
• Screen.
• Coffee break for each training shift.
• Internet connection.
• Accessible facilities for people with disabilities.
• Free parking for project participants.
• Flipcharts and pens.

1. Legal qualifications

• Registered in the Commercial register.
• Registered in the MOF.
• VAT registration.
• Fresh dollar account required.
