The project platform assistant will be responsible to:
- Coordinate closely with project partners including local NGOs and youth to guide them through the use of the Nahno-Volunteers online platform
- Follow up with partners and youth registered on the Nahno-Volunteers platform and carry out administrative tasks such as data collection, sorting and consolidation as required by the project
- Maintain up to date and accurate data management and reporting system
- Communicate regularly with partners and youth to resolve any challenges related to the Nahno-Volunteers platform
- Support project team in organizing meetings, presentations, trainings and events and ensure proper collection and maintenance of required data
- Attend project meetings and record all deliberations during meeting
- Supervise project progress to ensure that issues and challenges related to platform are identified, sorted and presented to project manager and team
- Work closely with project manager and team to ensure productivity
