Field Officer Beirut-Bekaa
Description:
- Plan and execute field activities as per the project requirements, work plan, and timeline.
- Conduct field visits to project sites to assess needs, gather data, and monitor progress.
- Liaise and maintain regular communication with project beneficiaries, local communities, government officials, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mobilize community resources and volunteers to support project implementation and community engagement.
- Support the provision of trainings, capacity building sessions, and technical support to project beneficiaries or community members, as required.
- Collect and compile data, conduct surveys, and prepare reports on project activities, outcomes, and impact.
- Support the project team in developing and maintaining partnerships with local organizations, service providers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, policies, and standards during field operations.
- Monitor and evaluate project activities, identifying challenges, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and learning within the organization by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in field operations, community engagement, or project implementation, preferably in the relevant sector or context.
• Knowledge of and experience with participatory approaches, community development principles, and working with diverse populations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a field-based setting.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing
