Computer Science SIMS Consultant

Language: Excellent command of English and Arabic.

Experience and Skills:

At least 7 years of experience in large-scale application development.

Experience with SIMS is a plus.

Proficiency in Oracle database administration, including the ability to design, implement, and maintain complex databases.

Deep understanding of database architecture and be able to optimize database performance through index creation, query optimization, and other performance tuning techniques.

Proficiency in Oracle database administration for both version 12c and 19c on the windows server platform and the Oracle Linux Virtualized Environment 8.5 or higher.

Proficiency with Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) and be familiar with configuring and managing high-availability clusters. Ability to design and implement RAC environments, manage node-level operations, and perform backups and recoveries.

Experience with Oracle Golden Gate and be familiar with configuring and managing data replication between databases. Ability to design and implement Golden Gate environments, monitor replication performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Experience in data consolidation, data migration and data warehouse architecture.

Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, XML, JQuery, and JavaScript.

Experience with version control systems such as GIT, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and Azure DevOps Server. Hands-on experience with source control tools to manage source code, track changes, and collaborate effectively with other members of the development team.

Proficiency with frameworks such as MVC, React, and Next JS.

Proficiency with server-side languages such as C#, Java, PHP, and .Net.

Thorough understanding of clean code practices and design patterns.

Experience in data collection, analysis, and production of reports.

Strong training & facilitation skills.
