This position will be responsible to conduct the vetting exercise of the selected organizations to be part of the LINKS Platform based on USAID BHA Guidelines. This position will also support in the preparation of agreements with the selected and vetted organizations.

3. Specific Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Work on Building first line communication with the selected Organizations for LINKS Platform.
  • Assist in reviewing Due Diligence for selected Local Organization for LINKS Platform.
  • Bring and save all documentations for local organizations for Due Diligence assessment.
  • Perform Vetting process as per USAID Guideline and support of Grants and Finance Unit.  
  • Support Finance & Compliance Officer is filling and building the Memorandum of Understanding with Local organizations to ensure fully signed documents.
  • Assist in reviewing supporting documents for local partners at CARE.

4. Qualifications / special skills or knowledge

a. Skills & knowledge:

Experience in Using office equipment and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge in Finance and Admin Related Field 

b. Experience:

At least   0-1  years of relevant experience, especially at NGOs, academic organizations, standard-setting bodies, public agencies focused on Finance and Admin

c. Academic background:

Bachelor’s degree in one or several of the following areas: Business Administration

  1. Languages: English and/ or Arabic are the working language of CARE International.
  1. of other languages is an asset.

5. Other contract elements

CARE offers internship and volunteer opportunities for up to 4 months contract for an allowance at USD $25 for meals and transportation and for a limit of 16 days a month.
