Development of a content management website

The website will serve as a knowledge and resources repository that schools can use to manage their operations and improve their performance.

The website should accept various types of content, including text, PDF, embedded videos, and images, and should be searchable and categorizable with up to five filters. It should be designed in RTL format, well-documented, and mobile-friendly, with a CMS that allows the admin to manage the content, categories, and users. The website should also include downloadable content and progress/activity logging and content reporting. The vendor should ensure that the website is secure, with user authentication and authorization to prevent unauthorized access to content.

The vendor should provide a clear timeline for the development of the website, with a breakdown of milestones and deliverables. The timeline should not exceed 6 weeks from the date of the contract. The vendor should also provide a post-sales maintenance period of at least 1 year, during which they will be responsible for fixing any bugs or issues that arise. The vendor should ensure that the deliverable code is well-documented, with comments and instructions for easy updates, upgrade, and maintenance, and should use a versioning system like Github to track changes and facilitate collaboration.

The proposal should include the vendor's technical and financial offer, highlighting their experience and qualifications, their proposed methodology and timeline, and their proposed post-sales support and documentation strategy. The proposal should also include references and a portfolio of similar projects.

LAL.ngo will evaluate the proposals based on their relevance to the TOR, their technical feasibility, their cost-effectiveness, and the vendor's experience and reputation. LAL.ngo reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any defects or irregularities in any proposal, and to accept any proposal deemed to be in its best interest.
