Description:
- Serve as knowledgeable resource related to programs, events, activities and services offered ensuring that the project is scheduled and executed within established budget constraints or cancelled as needed.
- Register more than 5,000 youth volunteers on the developed platform.
- Support in supervision of training material development and delivery, follow up beneficiaries' feedback and monitor the results, for both the youth volunteers and the partners' entities.
- Assist in developing with the Monitoring and Evaluation officer the needed monitoring tools to ensure effective and efficient Programme implementation.
- Coordinate day-to-day volunteer operations. Train, guide, and communicate logistics and other requirements related to regular operations.
- Serve as main point of contact with regard to collection, maintenance and organization of volunteer service records, including contact information, hours worked and formal/informal volunteer recognition.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with at least 40 different entities.
- Other duties as assigned.
