Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication, reporting, and pro-active communication skills.
- Skilled at working with local communities and authorities.
- Proficiency in KOBO is a must.
- Strong ability to observe, analyse, take initiative and report to the Project Manager.
- Implement outreach and community engagement activities (households visits, events, meetings with communities, municipalities)
- Well-organized, self-motivated and ability to work with a team.
- Ability to cope and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Commitment.
- Previous experience as a social worker or outreach officer in NGO.
- Preference to candidate with field experience in Akkar area.
- Good social spirit is a must.
