Tasks and duties:

 Maintain contact lists 
 Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms 
 Order office supplies 
 Take dictation and accurate minutes of meetings 
 Maintain equipment inventories 
 Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level 
and report when there are shortages. 
 Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems so they remain 
updated and easily accessible. 
 Carry out other administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, 
scanning, etc. 
 Organize and book travel arrangements for senior managers 
 Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff 
 Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc. 
 Coordinate office procedures 
 Manage staff appointments 
 Coordinate repairs to office equipment
