Job Specifications
- Design and prepares detailed data analytics curriculum, including topics and number of sessions.
- Sets learning objectives for all sessions.
- Create engaging training course content in English including hands-on activities, pretest and post-test, and assignments.
- Provide manuals and guidelines on how to use online training material.
- Organizes quality digital resources including a shared repository and data file templates for trainer and trainees.
- Recommend interesting additional resources.
- Follow up with trainer and collects feedback.
- Monitor trainees’ evaluations of training sessions in collaboration with M&E officer to gauge the effectiveness of the data analytics curriculum.
- Report to program manager.
- Has excellent verbal, technical writing, research, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Strong work experience as a Curriculum Designer.
- Proven ability to write clear instructional material.
- Minimum MS degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a relevant field.
