SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee overall implementation of the project in accordance with the project proposal, ensuring objectives are met within the required time frame.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Ensure sessions are delivered in line with global minimum standards and national inter-agency SOPs/standards.
  • Review the session plan together with the animators and agree on areas in need of strengthening on a weekly basis.
  • Supervise project team members, volunteers and tasks as required.
  • Ensure that staff receive appropriate training by providing coaching.
  • Support logistically the development and review of the training modules and ensure relevant follow-up.
  • Support the PM in reporting tasks and in implementing the M&E plan of the project.
  • Support in the organization of training sessions for children and caregivers (room preparation, transportation, etc.) and ensure quality implementation.
  • Collect training attendance sheets and enter all relevant data on the relevant database to generate reports and ensure the proper documentation of data collected (hard and soft copies).
  • Daily follow up with the participants on their attendance and schedule.
  • Data entry for all the beneficiaries profiling and registration.
  • Reflect the values of NGO with team members, local staff, beneficiaries, and external contacts.
  • Liaise with partners and staff and ensure a smooth implementation and coordination of the activities.
  • Ensure other tasks as per management request, and providing administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor degree in one or several of the following areas: Psychology, Social Sciences, Education or any related fields
  • At least two years’ experience in similar jobs, preferably with children and vulnerable populations
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication skills: strong English skills and fluency in Arabic
  • Attention to detail with strong follow up
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Team-oriented, with ability to work efficiently independently
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with others
  • Can multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines
  • Experience in remote work using Zoom and other applications. 
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
