Graphic Designer

***  Responsibilities and Obligations:

1.    Create and/or incorporate illustrations, and designs aiming to reflect the desired theme or by using the best picture from ALSHIFAA’s photographer.                
2. Design brochures, key messages, advertisements, and other communication materials.
3.    Create designs using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe’s Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,...
4. Review final productions for errors and ensure that the final version reflects Al-Shifaa specifications.

*** General qualifications

** Competencies: (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Professional Competencies:

•    A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design with a local or international organization.
•    A strong portfolio of graphics and key message creation
•    Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
•    Interest in social entrepreneurship and working for impact is a plus!

**  Language skills
Good English and Arabic (Written and spoken)

** Computer & IT skills
-    Good computer skills with good command of commonly used software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint
-    Adobe’s Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
