3AMALY - outreach services for 3amaly program

Mercy Corps is seeking to contract outreach daily workers, to provide the outreach services for 3amaly program.

Objective of the Call: Through this activity, 3amaly intends to improve employability for individuals.

Target participants: 

1. Vocational training and WBL

          Youth and women age: 18-34 years old

          Nationalities: Lebanese, Syrian, and Palestinians

         Other criteria depend on the type of activity-will be shared by 3amaly team.

1. MSMEs

   Support to MSMEs, startups and entrepreneurs

Duration:

Lower Chouf - Saida

Required Tasks from the outreach daily workers

The daily worker, upon signing with Mercy Corps, is responsible for:

• Attending the kick-off meeting and coordinate with Mercy Corps 3amaly team.
• Inform and clear all communication products with Mercy Corps and 3amaly communication guidelines.
• Outreach and selection of potential participants (as per the criteria set above) in coordination with Mercy Corps 3amaly program.
• Outreach businesses to be matched with the skill of the potential WBL participant.
• Any other related tasks requested from 3amaly team.
