Administration & Grants Officer

Administration & Grants Officer Tasks include but are not limited to:
· Manage the petty cash fund by keeping an updated cashbook.
· Ensure bookkeeping of all finances is done weekly.
· Keep record of leaves, attendance and other employee files.
· Schedule meetings and prioritize issues related to LebMASH projects.
· Coordinates with board members, staff and contractual employees about project deadlines,
meetings, reviews, follow-ups and schedules.
· Creates templates, sheets and charts for Administration documents.
· Helps create online accounts and draft documents including letters, invitations, job descriptions and
lists of duties.
· Drafts and proof-reads documents.
· Keep all files (soft and hard copies) updated.
· Update and organize Dropbox regularly
· Participates in data collection and research tasks.
· Drafts grant proposals and concept notes under the guidance of the executive director.
· Conducts other tasks as assigned by executive director.
· Performs all office administrative and logistic day-to-day tasks .
· Coordinate with communications executive for social media content creation and updating website.
· Send monthly donor report.
· Update mailing list regularly.
