Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of expressions of Interests and pre-qualifications:

  • Selecting project and regional references relevant to the project, and supporting in the tailoring and formatting on the references. 
  • Compiling the necessary administrative documents for Expressions of Interests.  
  • Communicating with partner organizations in the preparation of documents (administrative included).
  • Final and consistent formatting of all necessary documents

Assist in the preparation of technical proposals:

  • Compiling legal, financial, reference and other necessary administrative documentation in accordance with the formal requirements concerning completeness, form and validity limits. ·
  • Formatting of the proposal-text and CVs. ·
  • Ensuring timely and proper dispatching of the documents, as well as tracking of the consignment up to its final delivery to the recipient.

Assisting in project implementation:

  • Booking flights and hotels for short term experts and long term experts
  • Organising and preparing various events; for example, annual department work-shop, consortium meetings, meetings with the client in cooperation with the financial assistant
  • Support in the search for candidates for experts positions in mission and projects in cooperation with the project manager.
 

Qualifications and profile:

  • Bachelor or/and Master Degree related to the position
  • At least 1 years’ experience in administrative management
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must;
  • Perfect oral and drafting skills in French and Arabic. English is considered a strong asset;
  • Working in an organized and rigorous manner;
  • Capacity to work within a team on sound communication;
  • Capacity for independent decision-making and taking initiative;
  • Interest in working in the field of cooperation and development.
