Art Director
Roles and Responsibility
The Art Director will be responsible for the overall visual aspects of the e-content and will coordinate the work of the production staff. In particular, the Art Director will work hand-in hand with the video editor.
- Deliver creative and innovative ideas to design and support in the production of electronic and animated presentations
- Create and maintain the visual look of the e-kits, making sure the material produced is visually engaging and the messages are clear
- Direct the visual elements of the e-kits
- Instruct the production team to execute the vision. Give clear direction to video editor and other staff involved in production, such as staff involved with voice-over and video recording tasks.
- Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
- Select colors, images, text style, and layout based on the project requirement
- Work directly with team and individually to complete tasks
- Any other task requested
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or design
- More than 4-5-year experience in marketing or design
- An affinity for teamwork; the ability to work well with others
- Creativity, artistic talent, and an eye for design
- Strong ideation and insight
- Ability to respect timeframes and meet deadlines
