Communications Expert
Job purpose
Arabic-speaking communications specialist with detailed understanding of the Lebanese media environment and operating context required to develop a communications strategy, then guide and support its implementation.
Responsibilities
Develop an effective communications strategy and work plan for a Siren client that fits into the client’s wider operations and communications planning and responds to operational requirements and shifts in context. The strategy and work plan will include but not be limited to the following:
- An assessment of client’s existing communication capabilities
- Identification of required capabilities and a proposal for how to develop these (e.g. training, mentoring, tools development, equipment, job descriptions etc.)
- Sentiment analysis around previous and ongoing client communications.
- Identification and development of key thematics and messages
- Guidance on implementation of workplan
