The consultant is responsible to focus on capacity building efforts on law enforcement officials and/or healthcare providers in male prisons. Capacity building at the prisons will focus on HIV and other health-related issues, stigma and discrimination and human rights violations at 5 male prisons buildings (3 buildings in the major Roumieh prison, Zahle prison, and Tripoli prison)
