Project Coordinator (Beirut)
Tasks & Duties:
· The project Coordinator ensures efficient coordination among partners, donors, authorities and other components of the project.
· Support and supervise the team in the implementation of the project.
· Build staff capacity in accordance with adequate international guidelines and technical manuals.
· Ensure the coherence and the homogeneity of the activities under his/her responsibility.
· Ensure that the project action plan is reviewed periodically based on the feedback from the monitoring of the project.
· Understand and appropriately implement donor guidelines and procedures regarding reporting requirements, procurement of goods and services and keep informed of any new official guidelines and procedures.
· Managing the activities budget and following-up the expenses as well as providing monthly budget forecasts
· Set up and ensure the continuous monitoring of the activities under his/her management including qualitative and quantitative monitoring; ensuring that proper policy, standards & codes of conduct are enforced.
· Conduct regular meetings with center managers and team leaders.
· Suggest new operations according to needs identified in the area.
· Report weekly on activities.
