Major Responsibilities
Establish relations and act as liaison among all LABORA’s stakeholders including partners and beneficiaries.
Establish professional relationship and coordination among LABORA Beneficiaries (Employers and Applicants).
Keep in search and creates contacts with potential employers as per LABORA strategy, policies and procedures.
Keep in search for diversified CVs resources.
Collect info and manage the Beneficiaries (Employers and Applicants) database.
Interview applicants and shortlist appropriate candidates according to specific vacancies.
Contact Beneficiaries for follow up, updating and any other necessary actions (arrange interviews, schedule trainings, etc).
To evaluate candidates for different vacancies, highlight their strength and weaknesses in order to recommend necessary trainings, capacity building, and provide an immediate Career Orientation.
Perform background reference investigation when needed.
Follow up on related clerical aspects of LABORA Recruitment Procedure and Database such as Company Profile Form, Personnel Requisition Forms, Assessment Form, Employee Record Form, Company Record Form, etc.
Develop recruitment flow process and improve/review the all related policies and procedures and forms when need arise.
Complete all necessary reports as per the Reporting Process and Policy of LABORA.
Consider and administer some flexible alternative staffing efforts for non-regular positions.
Develop reliable and valid selection tests/ tools/ methods to avoid vacancy- profiles fit errors.
Manage the recruitment database and keep it updated on a daily bases.
Prepare for and participate in different job fairs and Salon de Recruitment.
Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or LABORA President.
