Logistics Officer

Aims of the role:
Create and maintain necessary financial management, accounting and contracting
Project implementation:
Participate in the preparation, planning and implementation of logistics activities ensure delivery by program staff of goals and services to recipients on time.
Manage all accounting for the project
Ensure timely and accurate processing and documentation of expenses
Process and maintain service contracts.
Identify, interview and qualify potential new suppliers.
Monitor suppliers, service providers and/or contractors performance to ensure quality.
Performs the administrative work
Work with the field team to achieve the objectives of the project.
Related skills:
Experience in administrative or operational support functions with an international humanitarian organization in Lebanon.
Experience in emergency response.
Solid knowledge of practical logistics and accounting procedures and experience maintaining supply pipelines.
Demonstrated attention to details, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members.
