Bidders: Firms/NGO are allowed to bid; indiviuals cannot bid on their own. Consortiums are allowed.

The external evaluation will be carried out in all the locations of the project activities, namely in Egypt, Lebanon and the Palestinian Territories.

Duration of the Evaluation Project: October, 10th 2015 till December, 15th 2015
