Building The Capacity Of The Local Ngos
Provide 24 training workshops and support sessions to local Lebanese and Palestinian NGOs so as to help them improve their project design, implementation and evaluation mechanisms. In addition a number of sessions will target enhancing the strategic planning of these NGOs and their ability to fundraise.
Overall Objectives:
1- Help 20 local organizations conceive solid strategies and results-based approaches to accomplish their missions.
2- Improve the design and implementation of projects, programs and strategies.
3- Build the human resources capacities and improve their motivation and performance.
4- Utilize good governance and best practices.
Activities:
- Organize participatory sessions with the targeted organizations, their staff and their stakeholders and come out with strategic plans that match their contexts and challenges.
- Organize workshops on topics such as PCM, Logframe Approach, Monitoring and Evaluation, nonprofit marketing, fundraising, etc.
- Organize on site support to enhance the organizational development and administrational structures of the targeted organizations.
