An "Environmental Engineer" is needed within the Environment Program to manage and run the environmental facility in Sahel Al Zahrani. The qualified profile should have a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position.

Operating since 2004 in Lebanon, DRC has addressed the needs and rights of vulnerable populations, working initially with Palestinian refugees (since 2004), Iraqi refugees (2007-2010), Lebanese IDPs (during the 2006 conflict), migrant domestic workers (since 2009) and, since 2011, responding to the Syrian refugee crisis.

Overall Responsibility
1. The project Officer will be responsible for the operation management of the project/s he/she is managing under the direct supervision of the Programme Manager
2. The project officer is responsible to implement all the program activities based on the project/s objectives and to follow the PCM cycle; planning, organization, implementation monitoring and evaluation.
3. The project officer is responsible to ensure that all project/s activities are implemented in good quality and quantity as well.

Within the context of the 2019 collaboration between UNFPA and the Lebanese Order of Midwives (LOM), LOM will expand the implementation of the national family planning counseling strategy implemented in 2017 and 2018 in the Lebanese districts, to enhance national capacity on delivering high quality family planning services. The purpose of these consultancy is to carry out Carry out KABP study to evaluate the attitude, performance, perception and knowledge of the trainers, trained health care providers, and coaches on the Family Planning strategy implemented in 2018 in Beirut, South and M-L.

The Head Coach reports directly to the Project Officer (PO) and is responsible for the support in implementation of Right To Play project activities. He/she is also responsible for monitoring the project for quality of delivery and effectiveness.
