Project title: Strengthening Community-Based Child Protection, Gender Based Violence interventions, and Psychosocial Support in Palestinian Camps and Gatherings in Lebanon
Position: Project Monitoring and Reporting Officer
Objective of the position: To assist MAP’s MHPSS Project Coordinator with project monitoring and reporting tasks, in line with MAP and donor’s standards, guidelines and reporting requirements

Volunteers will be responsible for assisting and providing support to the Project Assistant in daily planning and implementations of Education for all project.

Blue Mission Organization uses a holistic approach, combining programs that target not only refugees, internally-displaced people (IDP) and vulnerable segments of the Lebanese community, but also the community as a whole, including the volunteers, activators and mobilizers working with vulnerable populations. The MHPSS Technical Support consultant will provide onsite, regional and central coaching, follow up and support to the staff of MAP’s implementing partners. The MHPSS Technical Support consultant will provide support through coaching and mentoring to the staff of MAP’s partners, and to ensure that activities are implemented according to Minimum standards, Child Protection and SGBV SOPs, ensure that MAP’s SGBV & PSS specialized interventions are delivered at the required quality and reporting gaps in capacity building needs to program management.

Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.

Under the direct supervision of the Food Security and Livelihood Team Leader, the Food Security and Livelihood Field Officer implements and follows up on the activities related to trainings (Food For Training), employment, on-the-job training and business development in the field, in accordance to contractual commitments and internal procedures.

The outreach worker acts as the first representative of the project among the beneficiaries, their families and local community. He/She will closely work with local communities to ensure that the project activities have widespread acceptance. He/She will lead all outreach activities for beneficiaries (Home visits, community dialogues, awareness sessions and campaigns).

The community mobilizer will be responsible for community based initiatives of the project such as awareness raising sessions, working with facilitators, delivering positive parenting skills sessions, outreach and planning for community events.

South

1. The project assistant / Supervisor will be working in CP and Education sectors.
2. The project Assistant will be responsible for the operation management of the project/s he/she is managing under the direct supervision of the Project officer
3. The project assistant is responsible to implement all the program activities based on the project/s objectives and to follow the PCM cycle; planning, organization, implementation monitoring and evaluation.
4. The project assistant is responsible to ensure that all project/s activities are implemented in good quality and quantity as well
