The Senior Disability Programme Assistant will assists the Disability & Gender Mainstreaming Officer in the overall implementation of the Disabilty Prgramme activities & to coordinate the planning and implementation of the rehabiltation services to ensure that all the relevant programme criteria and operating instructions are fully met & according to the prescribed budget.

The incumbent will report to the Disability & Gender Mainstreaming Officer.

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) unit supports management in the learning, program structure, systems, and tools to measure the impact of NRC Lebanon’s work. The main objective of the EAL Coordinator is to improve programme and organisational learning. The position holder will contribute to this objective through the planning and implementation of M&E tools at designated stages within the project cycle and through their central role in ensuring the quality implementation of sector learning and evaluation activities.

Under the direct supervision of the School Feeding Project Manager, the Quality Control Specialist will be working on updating pre-existing training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training the quality control team who will be monitoring the preparation of cold sandwiches by volunteer parents in public schools’ kitchens, and ensuring proper food safety standards at the suppliers’ warehouses.

Provide obstetrical care to pregnant women and their babies, doing follow up before, during and after delivery, according to MSF obstetrical and reproductive health protocols, universal hygienic and newborn caring standards and under supervision of a specialist doctor, in order to ensure their health conditions and avoid post-delivery complications.
