The Consortium Partnership Coordinator (CPC) will be responsible for ensuring the grants management of partners within the consortium, including developing the subgrant agreements, following up on partner work plans and deliverables, following up on reporting, ensuring donor compliance and timely reporting. S/he will facilitate collaborative partnerships with consortium members.

The Consortium Manager (CM) will be responsible for the overall implementation and monitoring of the project activities and the quality and timely achievement of the programmatic objectives and indicators of the project. S/he will facilitate collaborative partnerships between donor, consortium members and relevant external stakeholders. The Job Holder will ensure the successful implementation of the project while focusing on program quality assurance, donor compliance, coordination with external stakeholders, and grants management.

SAWA is currently implementing two projects within Bekaa and Baalbeck- Hermel through a dedicated Rapid Response Team (RRT). SAWA undertakes emergency WASH and Child Protection responses across any area in Bekaa, with an overall objective to reduce morbidity and mortality of vulnerable populations. Outbreak preparedness including Water Borne Disease, and multi-sectoral response including for COVID-19, is part of the mandate of the rapid response team.
