The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for working at community level to support formal school enrollment, access and retention for Syrian refugee children throughout the Bekaa area. The Community Mobilizer will be primarily field based and will work in a team with Education officers for each region of the Bekaa. The Community Mobilizer will work closely with parents and key community members to support peer-learning and homework clubs, parent engagement with schools, and information/awareness raising at the community level.

Cesvi is currently implementing a project funded by AICS that responds to emergency generated by the Beirut blast through cash assistance interventions in Bourj Hammoud. NCLW is seeking to contract a production company/videographer to produce a series of awareness and advocacy short videos (30s to 1 min) calling on fathers (and brothers) to become more active in the prevention of early marriage,to be finalized by approximately Mid-June.
The campaign targets male family members as an entry point to engage men in social change, and decrease discrimination against women and girls in Lebanon especially in the rural areas where early marriage is practiced. Through humor, the videos will emphasize on optimism showing the benefits of ending child marriage.
