The Munathara Initiative is searching for a highly structured senior project manager to
oversee all projects execution. The senior project manager does this by developing and
planning phases, managing the budget, and identifying the project's resources.
Excellent organizational and communication skills are required for success as a senior
project manager.

The Project Manager will be tasked with implementing a strategic new program. The ideal
candidate will have experience organizing events in the region, previously worked in a non-profit
or development context, and is intimately familiar with the dynamics of national politics and the
electoral context in various Arab countries. The chosen candidate will have superior
organizational and problem-solving skills and will work closely with Munathara’s Founding CEO
and Chief Operating Officer to advance a long-term strategy and mapping effort for the Initiative.

We are searching for a trustworthy financial manager who will be responsible for the tracking and ongoing evaluation of daily financial operations. The Finance Manager will be requested to provide advice and direct senior management on future financial strategies.

The PR coordinator will be in charge of establishing and maintaining relationships with Lebanon media by writing press releases and other media communications, responding to requests for information and press conferences, and coaching client representatives in the correct way of communicating with the public and with clients.

Munathara’s Outreach Department is looking for an energetic and creative Senior Outreach
Coordinator with a sense of initiative and a passion for civil society to join its team. S/he will
support the Outreach Department in a variety of tasks that include writing, reporting,
networking and liaising. S/he will work with the Outreach Coordinator and PR Coordinator,
and will report directly to Senior Communication and Outreach Manager.

Position Description:
The Munathara Initiative is looking for a dynamic, creative, and self-directed individual
Senior communications & outreach strategist and manager, who will be managing the
organization's communications and outreach departments. S/he is in charge of developing
and implementing short and long-term plans for all communications and marketing
operations in order to help the organization achieve its strategic goals. As the
Communications and Outreach Manager, he or she reports directly to the COO and is a
member of the senior management team.

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in the NGO field at the management level and an interest in leading an ambitious and rapidly-growing NGO. The Co-Director (Head of Programme) is responsible for overseeing CodeBrave’s programmes and strategic planning, grant management, financial management, risk management, administration, HR and governance, and collaborating with the wider education sector in Lebanon.

LOST is seeking to recruit a MEAL Officer in baalbeck . Under the general supervision and guidance of the Program Director of the "Localized and more accountable, inclusive and coordinated humanitarian response" project, the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer will be responsible for operationalizing and managing the new MEAL activities of the program, and be in direct relation with LOST MEAL unit

The NGO sector co-coordinator has an overarching duty to all partners within the Shelter sector, to act as a representative of the sector as a whole, rather than solely as a representative of their organisation. The co-coordinating agency works in close coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs and UNHCR to agree on specific tasks and the division of labour.
The shelter sector co-coordinator will dedicate 80% of their time to shelter sector specific responsibilities and 20% of their time to work as the NRC shelter and settlement team partnership focal point.
