About Borderless:

Borderless is an independent Lebanese non-profit-organization with a mission to create life changing impact on the lives of vulnerable families. The NGO emerged out of existing needs within the local community with a central aim to serve the people. We strive to address the structural barriers to overcoming hardships in disadvantaged and at-risk communities, such as patterns of discrimination and exclusion; lack of access to essential public services; conflict and social disorder; and major public health threats.

Defining, coordinating, monitoring all midwife and maternity related activities in the project according to MSF policies, protocols and standards in order to provide a high quality Mother and Child Health (MCH) care to the population.

Requirements: MoPH’s license to practice Midwifery in Lebanon and people management experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant technical, strategic, and executive advisory and management experience in the public sector, preferrable with a Ministry of Education. Strong background in reforming information management systems and developing training and tools for users to adopt new system is a pre-requisite. In addition, the candidate has on-the-job coaching experience in the public sector strengthening public servants to gradually assume more management responsibility of relevant work tracks and files. The selection is based on a written 1-hour writing simulation and interviews.

The position is for Lebanese Nationals.
Education: Master’s degree from a reputable academic institution in relevant fields, especially in public financial management, as well as 2 non-academic references are a pre-requisite.
