Blue Mission is partnering with IDEALS for the Karama project targeting refugee and host communities in the informal settlements of Lebanon’s South and Mount Lebanon Governorates. The programme entails outreach to refugee and host populations living in informal settlements in the South and Mount Lebanon to assess the mental and physical health needs of their residents, with an emphasis on women and their children and educate the community on a myriad of important subjects; contraceptives and family planning tools.Beneficiaries who need counsellin will be referred to BMO Centre for intervention

The Case Worker works with people to support them through difficult times and ensure that vulnerable people, including children and adults are safeguarded from harm. Their role is to provide support to enable service users to help themselves. They maintain professional relationships with service users, acting as guides and advocates.

Through our child protection in migration and access to justice programmes, our staff support victims of physical and sexual abuse, worst forms of child labor, child marriage, severe neglect and children in contact or conflict with the law. We work with children, their families, communities, NGO and UN partners, local authorities and religious leaders .
