The Administration Assistant is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties and providing support to managers and employees in daily offices/premises needs in line with NRC’s procedures and standards.

The International Rescue Committee is an international organization specializing in Emergency and humanitarian programming existing since 1933 and working in more than 40 countries. In response to the influx of refugees in Lebanon, the IRC started a Women’s Protection and Empowerment (WPE) program and a Livelihood program in 2012 with program strategies implemented in various locations. To complement these ongoing programs in 2013 started child protection programming throughout the country.

The objective of this Risk and Compliance Officer position is to make sure that quality standards are met in the implementation of humanitarian intervention, by conducting internal audits, assisting in the preparation for the external audits and visiting the bases to do spot checks whenever needed.
S/he will also assist the Compliance Specialist in providing technical reference for the bases in Lebanon about standards to be reached in terms of controls, processes, compliance to the organization’s procedures, Donors’ procedures and good practices.

SHEILD is looking for a talented author to write informative and engaging materials on mine risks and safety that can be distributed in a targeted manner to reach specific audiences.
Texts must be written in Arabic, must be easy-to-understand for flyers, posters, brochures, and booklets that provide basic information about mine risks, how to stay safe, and what to do in case of accidents.
The author should have a good understanding of mine risk education and be able to communicate concepts in simple terms.
Creativity and innovation are also highly valued.

The purchase officer carries out the purchases for the programs and structure for his/her assigned base.
He/she is one of the guarantors for implementing and respecting Solidarités International purchase procedures.
He/she is responsible for filing and archiving logistics documents linked to purchases.
He/she is responsible for communicating with suppliers and reporting the information to his/her line manager.

The Psychosocial Support Worker is directly responsible for the implementation of psychosocial support activities to persons of concern. The PSS worker is in charge of identifying children’s safe spaces by ensuring that all activities are in line with the Child Safeguarding Standards.
