About this Social Entrepreneurship Program: Our social entrepreneurship program is tailored for individuals who aim to create start-ups and empower existing ones to address social, environmental, or cultural challenges. We offer self-assessment and internal review opportunities, guidance to develop a customized learning agenda, hands-on learning, expert mentorship, connections with like-minded change-makers, and potential financial support. Program Structure

Bootcamp: Understanding the entrepreneurial ecosystem and assessing your own enterprise while designing a personalized learning pathway.

Entrepreneurial Clubs: Discussing challenges specific to social enterprises and sharing strategies for overcoming obstacles through support group meetings.

Workshops on Business Skills: Enhancing your entrepreneurial competencies through workshop days focused on finance, management, marketing, operations, digital communication, and legal awareness. Mentoring sessions for implementation and feedback follow these.

Mini-Workshops on Soft Skills: Focused on developing essential soft skills crucial for entrepreneurial success, such as systems thinking, collective intelligence, communication and negotiation, leadership, problem-solving, and networking…

حول جمعية الشبان المسيحية في لبنان: (YMCA) هي منظمة عالمية تعنى بتنمية الشباب والحياة الصحية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية تعمل على تمكين المجتمعات منذ عقود. وبفضل تاريخها العريق وقيمها المتجذرة بعمق في مبادئ تتمحور حول المجتمع، توفّر جمعية الشبان المسيحية منصة للأفراد للازدهار والمساهمة الايجابية في مجتمعاتهم.

حول برنامج ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية: برنامج ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية مصمم للأشخاص الذين يرغبون في بدء مشاريع جديدة أو تطوير المشاريع القائمة لمواجهة التحديات الاجتماعية أو البيئية أو الثقافية. نقدم فرصًا لتقييم المبادرات والمراجعة الداخلية، ولتطوير خطة تعلّم مخصصة. إضافةً لجلسات إرشاد من خبراء، وتوفير فرصة تواصل مع أشخاص ذوي اهتمامات مشابهة ودعم مالي محتمل. انضموا إلينا لبدء رحلتكم نحو إحداث تغيير.

ورشة عمل تمهيدية: حول فهم النظام الإيكولوجي لريادة الأعمال وتقييم مشروعكم الخاص.

نوادي ريادة الأعمال: مناقشة التحديات الخاصة بالمبادرات الاجتماعية ومشاركة استراتيجيات التغلب على العقبات من خلال مجموعات الدعم.

ورش عمل حول مهارات العمل: تعزيز كفاءاتكم في مجال ريادة الأعمال من خلال ورش العمل التي تركز على التمويل والإدارة والتسويق والعمليات والتواصل الرقمي والوعي القانوني. تتبعها جلسات إرشادية عملية وتغذية راجعة.

ورش عمل مصغرة حول المهارات الشخصية: تطوير المهارات الشخصية الأساسية الضرورية لنجاح ريادة الأعمال، مثل التفكير المنظومي، وتقنيات الذكاء الجماعي، والتواصل والتفاوض، والقيادة، وحل المشكلات، والتشبيك...
