Description:

·         Reporting and archiving;
·         Support to the Office Manager;
·         Ensuring the communication between Technical Assistance Team, company and Beneficiary;
·         Support to the Translator;
·         Participating and providing support to the meeting/ conference/ seminars organized within the Operation;
·         Administrative support to the opening and closure of the Operation office;
·         Translation of the relevant documents (reports, Operation outputs, website contents, company’s bulletin, etc.) from Arabic to English/ English to Arabic;
·         Consecutive translation in every organization of the Operation (meeting, conference, training, etc.);
·         Editing, Operation documents, news bulletin and similar outputs;
·         Informing to the responsible person about the translation works, and all related steps regularly;
·         Identifying Operation’s needs in terms of translation and coordinate them accurately.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related fields or Translation and Interpreting, Philology, Literature, Science of Translation; • At least 1 year of professional experience; • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English; • Knowledge of French is an asset; • Excellent knowledge of full computer and internet literacy; • Ability to work as a team; • Good communication skills; • Experience in a similar post in EU funded projects is considered as an asset; • Excellent time and stress management.
