By registering in the pool of candidates, you give an indication of your interest and availability for a UNV assignment in Lebanon. If your qualifications (education, experience, language) meet the requirements of a potential request from a UN agency in Lebanon, you will be contacted.

 Who are eligible to register and to be considered for national UNV assignments in Lebanon?

Lebanese nationals, or legally residents in Lebanon with the status of refugee or stateless are eligible to register in the local pool.

All UNV assignments are on a full-time basis.

How to register?

If your profile matches one of the areas listed below, please register your profile on https://vmam.unv.org/candidate/signup latest by Sunday 24 June 2018.

Make sure to complete the 5 sections by following the steps in the Candidate Guide (English) or Candidate Guide (Arabic).

If any of the sections are not complete, your profile will not be considered for UNV assignments.

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme promotes volunteerism for peace and development through its strong partnerships and capacity to engage volunteers.

As a national UN Volunteer serving with a United Nations agency you will make a positive impact while working alongside people from around the world, including international volunteers and other United Nations professionals.

You may serve as a national UN Youth Volunteer if you are between 18 & 29 years old, have at least a secondary level education and good knowledge in Arabic and English languages.

If you are above 22 years old and hold a university degree with at least 2 years of experience and have good knowledge in Arabic and English languages, you may serve as a UN Volunteer Specialist.

What benefits package is offered to National UN Volunteers?
