Description:
- Assist in preparing the purchases orders.
- Assist in ensuring that URDA procurement policy and procedures are applied and respected.
- Follow up with suppliers to obtain quotations on time.
- Keep the vendor list and property report updated on monthly basis.
- Check deliveries of purchased goods with the logistics department.
- Assist in ensuring purchases are done on time with an inventory checkup.
- Document Control, archiving and scan.

A. Academic Qualifications
• Mandatory Bac 2
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management is preferrable.
B. Professional Background
• 2 years of professional experience in procurement in a local or international organization.
C. Skills and Capacities
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages spoken and written. (French is a plus).
• Capable of multi-tasking and working on different projects for different donors at the same time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs such Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Sound delegation and teamwork skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
