LTA for the establishment of Taxi services for Lebanon country office
Dear Sir/Madam,
UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender to establish a Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) for “Taxi services ". Hence, we are writing to invite you to submit your proposals to LIBS-2023-9185997.
You are kindly requested to quote your best price and submit your offer by e-mail ONLY to:
[email protected] not later than 12:00h, 18 October 2023, otherwise it will be considered invalid.
Offers should be sent to the following secured email ONLY: "[email protected]". The subject line of the email should indicate: ITB number (LIBS-2023-9185997) and name of your company.
It is important that you read all the provisions of the invitation to bid to ensure that you understand and comply with the UNICEF's requirements. Note that failure to submit a compliant quotation may result in invalidation of your quotation.
IMPORTANT - ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Offers must be received by 12:00 hours at the latest (Beirut time) on 18.10.2023 and will be opened at 12:30 hours (Beirut time) on 18.10.2023 . Offers received after the stipulated date and time or sent to another email address will be invalidated.
NB: All requests for formal clarifications or queries on this ITB must be submitted in writing to the following emails: ([email protected] & [email protected]) by latest 11.10.2023 closing of business hours Beirut time. please make sure that the email mentions the ITB reference number (LIBS-2023-9185997).

Special Notes: The following mandatory criteria is required to be eligible for participation:
1- Price should be quoted in USD only.
2- The tender is open for local bidders only.
3- Requirements as stipulated in TOR.
4- If selected, the supplier should be vetted by the United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) based on their minimum requirements. However, no LTA will be signed until the UNDSS vetting/clearance is obtained).
A pre-bid meeting will take place on Wednesday 11.10.2023 at 11:00 Hrs Beirut time, A link will be shared with the invitation for the meeting and the meeting will be held over Teams meeting platform.
