Description of Tripulley:

Our mission is to create temporary jobs for a social cause, actively support other social enterprises, and provide a diverse range of revenue-generating socially and environmentally responsible products and services. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Explore and recommend ideas and strategies for the sustainability of the organization
• Coordinate closely with the sales team for potential customers of the revenue generating products and services 
• Identifies prospective clients and contacts them to introduce products/ services that solve their specific needs.
• Suggest innovative and practical ideas / events for fundraising locally and abroad 
• Organize and deliver small-scale corporate social responsibility activities, customized to companies and NGOs missions and needs.   
• Collaborate with the team (Field and Social Media) to check the feasibility/ suitability of proposed ideas 
• Oversee the implementation of campaigns and events (selection of location, timing, target, required material, participants and donors…)
• Evaluate the implemented campaigns, share and document the lessons learnt
• Maintain working knowledge of program and internal processes and collaborate closely  with the team to have a good knowledge of the field and its needs 
• Participate in weekly Program Team staff meetings, including provision of work-related updates 
• Carry out other duties as needed for this role

• Experience in organizing and implementing events (organizing fundraising events is a major plus) 
• Creativity and Motivation

• Organizational skills and follow-up
• 1 year of training experience is a plus
• Communication Skills
• Scouts leader is a plus 
• 1 year contract-  part-time job- work requires extensive field visits and work.
