Program Coordinator
Job Summary
Reporting to the Country Director, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day program logistics and activities. The Program Coordinator will be supported by one field coordinator and based in the Bekaa and Beirut.
Responsibilities
Social media: Build TYO’s online presence
The TYO blog needs to be updated every other week on Wednesday by 4 PM
Establishing Facebook page and building audience
Offer ideas and content for the TYO Newsletter
Content calendar should be developed in 3 month blocks which reflects current project developments and successes, events that TYO has participated in, international events or articles that are pertinent to the TYO mission.
The TYO Social Media strategy documents should be utilized and adhered to
Fundraising
Study crowd-funding opportunities and present detailed reports on the options available in Lebanon
Build local donor database of corporate, governmental and foundation funding
Train yourself on Sales Force and utilize to track donor involvement
Support Country Director in the creation of programs and proposals and logistical support for fundraising events
Preparing the agenda for the Weekly Reporting Session to cover
Current program update
Social Media content ideas
Strategy for upcoming week
Office concerns, issues, questions
Thursday 3 pm
Research the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Lebanon in order to develop relationships and be active in the scene and attend conference
Internal communications and operational manuals creation, updates and edits
Provide support to TYO Field Team in order to maintain program schedule and achieve program deliverables
Prepare Press Releases for upcoming events
Take a supporting role on event logistic coordination
Contribute to program outreach and publicity efforts as needed
Manage daily office operations as needed
Purchasing office supplies
Handling utilities payments and maintenance
Managing petty cash and budget receipts
Maintain office records
