Skill Requirements:

- Strong Arabic language skills. French and English are desirable with at least one with fluency.
- Good relational skills with a positive and encouraging spirit.
- Nonjudgmental attitude, maturity and patience in dealing with children and community members of different backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Ability to exhibit exemplary lifestyle as interpreted in specific local cultural context.
- Computer literate, be at least familiar with MS Office software package and Music softwares.
Working Conditions:
- Willingness to work in very poor neighborhood with basic facilities and complex social dynamics.

Experience Required: At least 1 year in a school environment
