With an ought to save lives, knowing that health is a human right,

Stay Safe in collaboration with the Lebanese Red Cross Falougha implemented a public health awareness and intervention project that targeted marginalized individuals located in High Maten Region Lebanon (HMRLB). 

9 teams were trained during this public health intervention.

Overall Objectives: 
1. Provide health and medical care for marginalized individuals in HMRLB. 2. Increase awareness on Heart Healthy tips for marginalized individuals in HMRLB. 3. Provide free of charge follow ups and referrals, to high quality patient centered clinics, for marginalized individuals in HMRLB.
Activities: 
Marginalized individuals were assessed and a physical exam was performed by Stay Safe physicians, in addition to medical tests and referrals that are 100% free of charge.
Results: 
Marginalized individuals were assessed and a physical exam was performed by Stay Safe physicians, in addition to medical tests and referrals that are 100% free of charge. The marginalized gained access to several clinics located in the region including neurosurgeon Dr. Omar Al Awar, gastroenterologist Dr. Leila Masri, Stay Safe Medical Dietary Clinic and Saint George Hospital University Medical Center for further medical consultations. 228 marginalized individual were visited and 179 assessed. A Special Thanks for all 25 Municipalities, Mayors, and Police men for making this possible.
