Consultant to develop a compiled guide for caregivers of adolescents and youth at risk and/or who use drugs.
Interested candidates are invited to submit their financial proposals, their CV including relevant experience, and a proposed work plan outlining how they intend to approach and fulfill the requirements outlined in this TOR.
Scope of Work:
1. Review of SEE Families package:
- Examine the SEE Families package (objective, content, structure) developed by SIDC.
2. Review of Parental Guide by UNICEF:
- Examine the parental guide (objective, content, structure) developed by UNICEF.
3. Enhance/compilation of the content of the “SEE families” package:
- Identify any gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in the content.
- Develop the methodology and the needed tools to update the package.
- Re-write/update the objectives, content and structure of the existing “SEE families” package in Arabic, in order to make it more comprehensive, use-friendly and accessible to the target audience.
- Seek feedback on the compiled guide to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Timeline and deliverables:
The consultant will be engaged for a total of 4 days to complete the abovementioned tasks. The tentative breakdown of the timeline is as follows:
- One day to: Review of SEE Families Package and UNICEF Parental Guide.
- Two days to: Finalize the first draft of the guide.
- One day: Submit the final guide in Arabic.
Coordination:
The consultant will coordinate with the project coordinator and provide regular updates on progress throughout the engagement.
