Request For Proposal: Time Banking Rc-Unfpa 2015

To all interested providers of social activities/social services/NGO/facilitators specialized in "Time Banking" to be implemented in four villages of Bekaa

One hour equals one service credit. In these systems, one person works for an hour for another person or for the community; thus, he/she is credited with one hour, which he/she can redeem for an hour of service from another individual. This activity will generate a strong sense of community and will lead Youth to exchange and appreciate time and different abilities among themselves and with the rest of the community (i.e. one person can give one hour language course and receive one hour of domestic help).

Ricerca e Cooperazione (RC) is an Italian NGO. Since 1999, RC has a Lebanese branch, RC Lebanon, legally recognized.

RC has recently contracted with UNFPA (United Nation Population Fund) to implement a project titled, Youth: The Messengers of Peace and Non-violent Communication. The Project started Nov 1st and will run until Dec 31st.

In the framework of the above mentioned intervention, RC hereby solicits your proposal for the delivery of requested services as per attached Terms Of Reference (TOR).
