Rayak Aal Sekke

The goals of "Rayak AAL Sekke" association are centered in seeking with the competent authorities and people of expertise and specialization to:

1. Contribute to developing sustainable human development efforts and developing the capabilities of the local community through training, rehabilitation, and rural community development.
2. Seek to spread the concepts of development and participation among the various segments and groups of society, enhance social communication and cultural interaction, and enable women to play a leading role in society without discrimination.
3. Motivating women's associations to advance their goals by setting up workshops to develop heritage handicrafts, strengthening Lebanese cuisine and reviving the concept of mortality.
4. Promote popular memory of all arts.
5. Combating poverty in its various forms, and enabling marginalized groups to participate and integrate into society, by working to increase the family income of the needy by establishing and managing workshops, professionals and cooperatives.
6. Helping in establishing and managing nurseries and social welfare, working with various legal means to protect children (especially orphans), and securing their rights recognized by the United Nations Charter and other international agreements.
7. Mainstreaming a healthy culture and fighting disease, preventively and remedially, by establishing fixed and mobile health centers (dispensaries and ambulances), and health activities of all kinds, establishing school seminars in neighborhoods for all ages, especially children, to help parents in proper education and health protection.
8. The development of cultural and popular heritage in the town of Rayak - Hosh Hala and in the Bekaa Governorate through the establishment of cultural forums, educational centers, sports clubs, scouting gatherings, participatory links between the town and all Lebanese villages and cities and between the town and the "outpost" spread in the world.
9. Seek fraternity (twinning) between the town and the international institutions and conclude agreements and protocols of cooperation with them, locally, regionally and internationally, to achieve the goals of the association.
10. Endeavoring to develop the town by providing economic, social, cultural, sports, and environmental development programs; And develop the aesthetics of the town.
12. Prepare studies and research related to the above topics, establish centers for them, and issue specialized publications.
13. Seek to establish a public complex that includes all the centers (Baladi Palace).
