Digital Skills Trainer

Job Purpose:

With funding from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, RAMAQ Association with partnership with Mercy Corps (MC) is implementing the FORSA II (Fostering Resilience by Strengthening Abilities)in The Bekaa and the South of Lebanon to increase access the to education and the employability for vulnerable youth from host and refugee communities, with a particular focus on young women. 

The FORSA II programme includes the provision of Basic Literacy and Numeracy (BLN) technical and digital training, Work Based Learning opportunities, and extensive soft skills sessions that will increase the capacity of trainees to apply for jobs and to retain them. 

RAMAQ Association will hire trainers, online and offline job platforms to enable the participation of youth in targeted skills development aligning with market needs, to support access of young men and women to self-employment, and to improve job placement mechanisms in Lebanon in a sustainable manner. 

RAMAQ Association will hire trainers to provide digital skills training for 100 individuals through 6 training sessions per 6 months. The digital skills training will include a broad range of courses adapted to different educational backgrounds The topics can include but are not limited to: ● Basic digital media literacy 

Mobile application development 

Social media and marketing 

Basic Digital Media Literacy  

Website design, etc… 

Requirements:

All candidates must have a good understanding of digital technologies 

Coaching or mentoring: 3 years minimum

Interest in technology and the digital industry

You must have excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver training to multiple individuals once content training has been provided

Strong communication skills with excellent people/interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Deliver online training
