At Qualisus Consulting, the Project Coordinator is essential for ensuring smooth project execution across various countries and sectors. This role involves managing timelines, resources, deliverables, and communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful completion within scope. You will coordinate with diverse teams to maintain our commitment to quality work. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with teams to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and uphold the highest project standards

By:
· Collaborate with the management team to identify bid opportunities in alignment with Qualisus’ strategic objectives.
· Conduct desk reviews to inform project methodologies.
· Support Programme Managers in developing and refining methodology and tools, including coding them.
· Plan, coordinate, and manage fieldwork activities, including capacity building and performance tracking;
· Ensure data collection throughout all stages
· Collect data to support ongoing research and project needs.
· Synthesize data and contribute to in-depth analysis.
· Assist programme managers with relevant study outputs, report drafting and presenting findings.

Qualification

Preferable:
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
· Data analysis skills to inform project decisions and demonstrate impact.
· Ability to lead project implementation from kick-off to closeout.
· Proficiency in drafting project proposals.
· Experience with international projects and understanding of diverse cultural contexts.
· Innovative mindset for bringing new ideas to project challenges.
· Experience in training and capacity building for project teams and partners.

Experience

To Fit in this role:
You are required to have a:
· Master’s degree in development studies, Public Health, Psychology, Political and Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Business Analysis, or related fields (or bachelor’s degree with equivalent practical experience
· Minimum of 2-3 Years of similar/ relevant experience in project coordination.
· Proven experience in proposal development and report writing for multi-lateral humanitarian and development program donors (e.g., ECHO, DEVCO, UN agencies, Dutch MFA, German Government, USAID, BHA, etc.)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
· Strong organisational and management skills
· Ability to solve problems and develop effective solutions.
· Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
·Attention to detail and high accuracy.
· Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
· Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
