Call for Expression of Interest – Partnerships

About Plan international Lebanon:

Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. Working together with children, young people, supporters and partners, we strive for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges girls and vulnerable children face. We have been building powerful partnerships for children and their communities for more than 80 years, and we are now active in more than 80 countries. Plan International Lebanon has a range of programmes throughout the country including the following thematic areas; Child Protection (CP), Education; Youth Economic Empowerment (YEE) and Humanitarian and Emergency Response focusing on adolescent girls and boys and young people. All programmes are implemented in partnership with national and local partners.

Application Guidelines:

Interested organizations are invited to submit their application by email to Lebanon.partnerships@plan-international.org. Please use the following email subject: Submission of EOI - “Name of the organization”, attaching the filled Call for Expression of Interest  in pdf format no later than 27 March 2025. No need for the submission of hard copies. For any inquiries on the form or process please send an email to Lebanon.partnerships@plan-international.org no later than 20 March 2025.

Partner Eligibility Criteria:

Required qualifications, and eligibility of the prospective partner:

a) Eligible organizations are only national organizations, registered in Lebanon according to Lebanese laws and eligible to work inside Lebanon only.

b) Prospective partners who operate or have at least 3 years of experience operating in Lebanon.

c) Strong expertise and experience in different sectors (Education, Protection, Livelihoods, humanitarian and Emergency Response) and integrated programming.

d) Strong presence across different locations in Lebanon.

e) Experience in project management and project cycle management.

f) Applicant Organizations should be neutral, independent, impartial and guided by humanitarian principles.
