Role:

As a DevOps Trainer at Park Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in preparing the next generation of DevOps professionals. Your primary responsibility is to deliver top-notch training and mentorship, equipping learners with the skills and knowledge needed for success in the DevOps field. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Conduct Interactive Training Sessions:

   - Lead engaging and interactive training sessions on DevOps principles, best practices, and industry-standard tools.

   - Create a dynamic learning environment that encourages active participation and collaborative learning.

2. Design and Implement Hands-on Exercises:

   - Develop and deliver practical, hands-on exercises and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts.

   - Empower students to apply DevOps principles in real-world scenarios.

3. Provide Personalized Guidance:

   - Offer individualized guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to students, supporting their growth as DevOps professionals.

   - Foster an atmosphere of encouragement and exploration.

4. Share Real-world Experiences:

   - Draw from your own real-world experiences and industry insights to prepare students for the challenges and demands of the DevOps industry.

   - Bridge the gap between theory and practical application with real-world examples.

5. Collaborate with Curriculum Development:

   - Collaborate closely with the curriculum development team to continually enhance and update the DevOps training program.

   - Ensure the curriculum remains aligned with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

6. Stay Current with Industry Trends:

   - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in DevOps, cloud computing, automation, and related fields.

   - Share your expertise to keep the curriculum cutting-edge.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related DevOps role.

- Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), containerization, infrastructure as code (IaC), and configuration management.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their DevOps services.

- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins) and version control systems.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and inspire others.

- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is advantageous.

Duration and Start Date:

The DevOps Trainer position is a full-time, fixed-term contract for the duration of the training program. The start date will be at the beginning of November, and the program will run for 350 hours, with an average of 5 hours of training per day, excluding weekends.
