Serving the Palestinian community in Lebanon according to the movement principles by supporting and developing the voluntary spirit within the Palestinian community.
Activities: 
1.1.1 carrying out two volunteer managment worshop every year for 50 volunteers 2008-2010. 1.1.2 carrying out two voluntary work training every year for 50 volunteers 2008-2010. 1..1.3 carrying out one psychological support training for 25 volunteers in 2008. 1.1.4 Holding 90 courses in CBFA for 2250 volunteers 2008-2010 1.1.5 carrying out several trainings and activities to recruit 150 new volunteers every year. 1.1.6incentives for 5 camp coordinators in 5 geographical areas 1.1.7 purchasing needed stationary for 5 committees in 5 areas 1.1.8 telcommunications for 5 committees
